Guilty Pleasure: YouTube Cover Artists

I'm sure I'm not the only one who sometimes gets lost in YouTube-land for hours watching covers of my favorite songs… At least, I hope I'm not the only one. Summer's when this habit hits its high-point.

So in no particular order, a list of my favorite YouTube Cover Artists at the moment!

Cimorelli. I'm just discovering this group! I realize that I'm jumping on the Cimorelli-train a little late in the game, but these sisters are so talented! They've got that girl-power going for them that reminds me of the girl bands of the late 90s and 2000s!

Anna Craig. She's a country girl! Her voice is amazing and she plays the guitar, too! I followed her when she was posting a video every day, but now that she's in college, she doesn't post covers quite as often.

Megan and Liz. These girls rock! They've been around for a while, and have become quite popular! They appeared on Oprah, and have their own concerts now! Their original songs are great, and they still post covers from time to time.

John Daigle. He's not super famous yet, but this gent is from my hometown and plays at local bars, as well as around the state. He's got this cool, almost rustic sound and I'm always content to stay at one bar listening to him when my friends bar-hop all night long.

I really hope no one gets offended that I've called them "cover artists". I do realize that they've got original music, and most of it is quite good. I've included links to their originals (in their names) so that you can listen for yourselves.

I just cleaned out  my account, but you can follow on YouTube me HERE!
